A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of David Joseph James Worn will be held in the Cordell Chapel at Fawkner Memorial Park, 1187 Sydney Rd, Fawkner, on Friday June 21st, 2024 commencing at 11.30am.
A Private Cremation will follow.
